Percheron Stallion c. 1939
A rare, fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Horse’ by Edouard Marcel Sandoz (Swiss, 1880-1971′. This bronze was produced using the lost wax process at the Robecchi Foundry in Paris. Prior to casting it was signed, stamped and inscribed. It has a dark brown patina with unusual golden highlights to the mane, tail and feet.
