A Seated French Bulldog, ‘Dominique’, 1907
A rare, fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a Seated French Bulldog entitled ‘Dominique’ by Edouard Marcel Sandoz (Swiss, 1880-1971). This bronze was produced using the lost wax casting method. Prior to casting it was signed and inscribed in the wax and has a brown patina with black undertones.
