Three Fennecs, c. 1924
A fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of ‘Three Fennecs’ by Edouard Marcel Sandoz (Swiss, 1880-1971). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process at the Robecchi foundry, Paris. Prior to casting it was signed ‘Ed. M. Sandoz’ and stamped with the Robecchi foundry mark. It has a warm reddy brown patina with black undertones.
