Large Leopard Foot up, 1913
A fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Standing Leopard with its foot raised’ by Rembrandt Bugatti (Italian, 1884-1916). This bronze was cast by the lost wax process at the Hébrard Foundry, Paris. Before casting it was signed, stamped and numbered in the wax. This bronze has a dark brown patina with black undertones.
