Standing Pointer, c. 1904
A fine quality, rare, early twentieth century bronze model of a Standing Pointer entitled ‘Braque Debout’ by Rembrandt Bugatti (Italian, 1884-1916). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process at the Hébrard Foundry, Paris. Prior to casting it was signed, inscribed and numbered in the wax. It has a warm brown patina with darker undertones.
