Standing Heron, c. 1925
A good quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Standing Heron’ by Albéric Collin (Belgian, 1886 – 1962). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process at the Claude Valsuani Foundry, Paris. Before casting it was signed and stamped in the wax. This cast has a brown patina with reddy brown undertones.
