Maned Wolf, c. 1923
A rare, fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Maned Wolf’ by Alberic Collin (Belgian, 1886 – 1962). This bronze was cast by the lost wax process at the Claude Valsuani foundry, Paris. Before casting it was signed ‘Alberic Collin’ and has a dark brown patina with lighter brown highlights.
