Sheep, c. 1930
A fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Sheep’ by Alberic Collin (Belgian, 1886 – 1962). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process at the Claude Valsuani foundry, Paris. Prior to casting it was signed, inscribed and stamped in the wax. It has a reddy brown patina with darker black undertones.
