Running Boar, 1880
A rare, fine quality nineteenth century bronze model of a ‘Running Boar’ by Isidore Bonheur (French, 1827 – 1901). This bronze, signed the artist was cast by the Peyrol Foundry, Paris and is stamped. This cast has a rich dark brown patina with reddy brown undertones.
