Dressage Rider, 1879
A fine quality, rare, nineteenth century bronze model of a ‘Dressage Rider, dressed in the style of Louis XVth’, by Isidore Bonheur (French, 1827 – 1901). This bronze was cast by the Peyrol Foundry, Paris. It was signed by the artist and stamped. This cast has a dark brown patina with golden highlights.
