Walking Bear, Large, c. 1870

A fine quality, rare nineteenth century bronze model of a ‘Walking Bear’, by Isidore Bonheur (French, 1827 – 1901). This bronze is signed I. Bonheur’ and has a dark brown patina with golden highlights.
