Silver Hare, c. 1925
A fine quality, early twentieth century silvered bronze model of a ‘Reclining Hare’ by Alberic Collin (Belgian, 1886 – 1962). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process at the Claude Valsuani Foundry, Paris. It is signed A. Collin’ and inscribed ‘C. Valsuani Cire Perdue.’ It has a silvered patina.
