Seated Cheetah, c.1925
A rare, fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Seated Cheetah’ by Alberic Collin (Belgian, 1886 – 1962). This sculpture was cast in bronze using the lost wax process by the Claude Valsuani Foundry, Paris. Before casting it was signed and stamped in the wax and has a dark brown patina with lighter brown highlights.
