The Kiss, c. 1886
A fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a couple embracing entitled ‘The Kiss, Reduction no. 2’ by Auguste Rodin (French, 1840-1917). This bronze was produced using the sand casting process at the Barbedienne Foundry, Paris. It is has a warm brown and green patina.
