The Kiss, 1886
A fine quality, early twentieth century lifetime bronze model of ‘The Kiss’ by Auguste Rodin. This bronze was produced by the sand-cast process at the F. Barbedienne Foundry, Paris. It is signed, and inscribed ‘Rodin, F. Barbedienne Fondeur’ and has a medium reddish brown patina with darker brown undertones.
