Mrs William Kissam Vanderbilt, 1910
A fine quality twentieth century bronze model of ‘Mrs William Kissam Vanderbilt’, née Anne Harriman by Paul Troubetzkoy (Russian, 1866 – 1938). This bronze was cast by the lost wax process at the A. A. Hebrard foundry, Paris. Before casting it was signed, dated and stamped in the wax and has a dark brown patina with light brown highlights and black undertones.
