Mask of Man with the Broken Nose, 1864
A late nineteenth century rare, early cast of the ‘Mask of the Man with the Broken Nose’ by Auguste Rodin (French, 1840-1917). This bronze was cast at the Gruet Jeune foundry, Paris. It has a medium brown patina with a subtle pale green wash overlaid.
