Carlo Bugatti, c. 1899
A good quality, rare, late nineteenth century bronze model of Carlo Bugatti by Prince Paul Troubetzkoy (Italian, 1866 – 1938). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process at the Robecchi Foundry, Milan. Prior to casting it was signed, dated and inscribed in the wax. It has a brown patina with golden undertones.
