Mother and Child, 1894
A fine quality late twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Mother and Child’ by Paul Troubetzkoy (Russian, 1866-1938). This bronze was cast by the lost wax process in Italy. Before casting in bronze, it was signed in the wax and has a dark brown patina with lighter brown highlights.
