Perfect Thoroughbred, 1912
A rare, fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Perfect Thoroughbred Horse’ by Herbert Haseltine (American, 1877-1962). Before casting in bronze using the lost wax process at the Valsuani Foundry, Paris, this bronze was signed, dated and inscribed in the wax. It has a dark brown patina.
