Berkshire Boar, 1922-1924
A fine quality, rare, early twentieth century bronze model of a Berkshire Boar titled ‘Highfield Royal Pygmalion’ by Herbert Haseltine (American, 1877 – 1962). This bronze is mounted on a reddy brown speckled marble base which is signed ‘Herbert Haseltine’. It has a dark reddy brown patina with golden brown highlights.
