Le Galop, c. 1930
A good quality, unusual, twentieth century bronze model of a Jockey and horse head entitled ‘Le Galop’ by Roger Godchaux (French, 1878-1958). This bronze, signed ‘Roger Godchaux’, stamped and inscribed by the foundry ‘Susse Fres Edts Pairs’ and has a black patina with green undertones.
