Fantail Pigeon, c. 1930
A good quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Fantail Pigeon’ by Roger Godchaux (French, 1878-1958). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process. Prior to casting it was signed ‘Roger Godchaux’ in the wax and has a brown patina with red and black undertones.
