Two Greyhounds Coursing, c. 1845
A fine quality, mid-nineteenth century bronze model of ‘Two Greyhounds Coursing’ by Christophe Fratin (French, 1800-1864). This bronze, signed with the sculptors stamp ‘Fratin’ with the reverse N, has a dark brown patina with black in the depths and golden highlights.
