Francois Pompon | French, 1855-1933
A fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a Guinea Fowl by Francois Pompon (French, 1855-1933). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process at the Hebrard Foundry, Paris. Prior to casting it was signed, numbered and stamped in the wax and has a mottled dark brown and green patina.
