Parakeet, circa 1930
A fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Parakeet’ by Charles-Joseph Artus (French, 1897-1978). This bronze was produced using the lost wax casting method in Paris . Prior to casting it was signed ‘C H Artus’. It has a green and brown patina.
