A pair of ‘Chaises pieds Sabre’, c. 1900
A fine quality, early twentieth century pair of ‘Chaises pieds Sabre’ by Carlo Bugatti (Italian, 1856-1940). This furniture was produced circa 1900 using ebonised wood inlaid with decorative metal designs. The seat and backrest are wrapped in vellum with applied copper decorative details.
