Walking Lion c. 1930
A fine quality, early twentieth century terracotta model of a ‘Walking Lion’ by Jeanne Piffard (French, 1892-1971). This polychrome enamelled terracotta was produced in France. It is signed by the artist and has a multi-coloured brown, purple and pink glaze.
