Herbert Garbe

A good quality, early twentieth century bronze model of an Elephant Trumpeting by Herbert Garbe (German, 1888-1945). This bronze was produced using the lost wax process. Prior to casting it was signed in the bronze ‘H. Garbe’. It has a mid brown patina with golden undertones.
