Pelican with straight beak, 1954
A good quality, twentieth century bronze model of a Pelican entitled ‘Pelican Bec Redresse no. 2’ by Armand Petersen (French / Swiss 1891-1969). This sculpture was cast in bronze by the lost wax process. Before casting it was signed and numbered and it has a dark brown black patina and the eyes are inset with a precious green stone.
