Antelope, c. 1928-1934
A fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of an antelope entitled ‘Antilope Dos Rond’ by Armand Petersen (French / Swiss 1891-1969) . This sculpture was cast in bronze by the lost wax process. Before casting it was signed and inscribed in the wax ‘A. Petersen’. It has a warm brown patina with gold undertones.
