Georges Guyot

An early twentieth century bronze model of a ‘Panther Grooming’ by Georges Lucien Guyot (French,1885-1973). This sculpture was cast in bronze by the lost wax process at the Meroni Radice Foundry, Paris. Before casting it was signed ‘GL Guyot’ and stamped in the wax with the foundry seal ‘Meroni Radice Cire Perdue Paris’. It has a dark brown patina with green undertones.
