Maximilian Fiot

A good quality, early twentieth century bronze model of an ‘Eagle Perched’ by Maximilian Fiot (French, 1886-1953). This bronze, signed ‘M. Fiot’, inscribed ‘Susse Edts. Paris Cire Perdue’ and stamped ‘BRONZE’, was cast using the lost wax process, in Paris. It has a dark brown patina with lighter brown undertones.
