Eagle, c. 1925
A fine quality, early twentieth century bronze model of an ‘Eagle’ by Frans Jochems (Belgian, 1880-1949). This sculpture was cast in bronze using the lost wax process by the Batardy Foundry, Brussels. Before casting it was signed and stamped in the wax. It has a warm brown patina with golden undertones.
