A rare, good quality, twentieth century bronze model of a Seated Horse entitled ‘Medium Sitting Down Horse’ by Elizabeth Frink (English, 1930-1993). This sculpture was cast in bronze by the lost wax process, probably at the Meridian Foundry, London. Before casting it was signed in the wax: ‘ © Frink’ and has a reddy brown patina with darker brown undertones.
