Herbert Haseltine, (American, 1877 – 1962)

A fine quality, rare, early twentieth century bronze model of a Walking Horse, entitled ‘Suffolk Punch Stallion’ by Herbert Haseltine (American, 1877-1962). This bronze was cast in 1929, it is inscribed ‘© HASELTINE’, ‘MCMXXIX’ and ‘Suffolk Punch’ and has a mottled brown and green patina with applied gold highlights and silver bows to the forelock and tail.
