Antoine-Louis Barye | French, 1796-1875

A fine quality, mid-nineteenth century atelier bronze model of a ‘Pointer on point’ by Antoine-Louis Barye (French, 1796-1875). This bronze was produced using the sand cast process in the artist’s atelier. It is signed ‘Barye’ and has a warm brown patina with darker undertones.
