Milkmaid and Cow, c. 1860

Isidore-Jules Bonheur | French, 1827 - 1901

A good quality, nineteenth century bronze model of a “Milkmaid and Cow” by Isidore Bonheur (French, 1827 – 1901). This bronze was produced using the sand casting process at the Peyrol foundry, Paris. It is signed ‘I. Bonheur’, stamped ‘Peyrol’ and has a medium brown patina.
