A good quality, nineteenth century bronze model of a ‘Cat on a Tortoise’ by Georges Gardet (French, 1863 – 1939). This bronze was produced using the sand casting process. It is signed ‘G. Gardet’ and has a dark brown patina with medium brown highlights.
