Two Horse and Jockeys, c. 1850
A fine quality mid nineteenth century bronze model of ‘Two Jockeys and Racehorses’ by Christophe Fratin (French, 1800-1864). This bronze, signed with the sculptors stamp ‘Fratin’ with the reverse N, has a dark brown patina with black in the depths and golden highlights.
